Our Academic Program
Characteristics of the academic program include the following: 8-block scheduling, a variety of instructional strategies that accommodate individual learning styles, an emphasis on active learning, an intensive use of technology, academic lab periods, AP (Advanced Placement Courses) and over twenty hours of college credit through St. Louis University.
Students are expected to take seven courses each semester with twenty seven credits required for graduation. Academic alternatives include: independent study, dual enrollment at local colleges, dual enrollment at County Technical School. In addition, all students will give evidence of Christian conduct and attitude and complete the required "Save To Serve" service project hours and be involved in "Faith in Action" service opportunities.
